Birding: Ethiopia boasts close to 900 recorded bird species, over 30 of which are endemic to Ethiopia.

Wildlife: Ethiopia has a number of fascinating endemic mammals including the Ethiopian wolf, walia ibex and mountain nyala found nowhere else in the world.

Cultural: visit and interact with the tribes of the South Omo Valley such as the Hammer whose women adorn their hair with ground red ochre rock mixed with butter and whose young men prove their manhood at a bull-jumping ceremony, the Dasanech with exotic dress and hairstyle and the Mursi whose women wear clay lip plates.
